RoseTTAFold3
Baker lab's all-atom model for assemblies with ligands and nucleic acids
RoseTTAFold3 is the Baker lab's entry in the AlphaFold3 class: a trunk-plus-diffusion architecture that predicts proteins, nucleic acids, small molecules and modifications in one model. It reaches AlphaFold3-class accuracy on assemblies while shipping under a BSD license with open weights. Suited to design-loop validation of binders and enzymes.
RoseTTAFold3 is live on FoldForge — paste a sequence and press Fold.
