OpenDDE
Independent 655M-parameter open model in the AlphaFold3 family
OpenDDE is an independent open-source reimplementation of the AlphaFold3 architecture published by Aureka Research under Apache 2.0. It folds proteins together with ligands, nucleic acids and modified residues through a two-stage trunk and diffusion decoder. Its 655.8M-parameter checkpoint is one of the largest fully open models in this family.
OpenDDE is live on FoldForge — paste a sequence and press Fold.
